What You'll Do Join our innovative and dynamic People Technology engineering team as a Staff, Software Engineer. In this role, you will play an important role in developing and implementing digital solutions that solve mission critical business problems in supporting Walmart associates. Your projects will make a significant impact, be scalable, and drive Walmart’s modernization efforts in the People Technology organization.Specifically, lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable software solutions within People Tech – Well Being. This role requires expertise in analyzing requirements, driving technical architecture, and ensuring code quality and security. The engineer will collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality products, support continuous integration and deployment, and address performance and defect management.
