Using the electromagnetic spectrum—signals such as radio, infrared, or radar— to sense, protect, and communicate. At the same time, EW can disrupt, deny and degrade the adversaries' ability to use these signals. Electronic Warfare | Lockheed Martin THE WORK We are in search of an experienced Automation Tech Lead to drive adoption of automation across our daily processes. As a senior member of the team, you can help us take on the world’s most important and complex challenges by providing solutions to a variety of technical problems. Tasks may include: Leading implementation of robust automation solutions. Collaborate with other engineering disciplines and program personnel to embed automated solutions into the development lifecycle, testing, pipelines and processes for our Electronic Warfare systems. Participate in planning, priority setting, metric definition, and project roadmap creation ensuring automation initiatives align with program objectives and schedules. Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline with 5+ years of experience, or equivalent experience/education.
  • Experience with Automation Tools and languages (Robot, Python or related).
  • Experience with software design and implementation.
  • Experience with integration and testing.
  • Experience working with a team in an Agile development environment.
  • The ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance required - Obtaining a security clearance requires US citizenship.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficient software development skills in C++/C or related language
  • Experience with Linux operating systems
  • Experience with modern DevOps tools and principles
  • Knowledge of Electronic Warfare techniques and algorithms
  • Experience in Project Management activities (Planning, scheduling, tracking, metrics, etc.)
