Requirements

• 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience
• 8+ years of experience in mobile app development
• Strong leadership, communication, adaptability and solution-oriented mindset
• Expert proficiency in Kotlin/Java (Android)
• Strong object-oriented skills including design, coding and testing patterns
• Experience with mobile performance optimization, testing and integrations
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in Ads tech, services, SDKs, platforms
• Knowledge of security best practices for mobile apps
• Experience in mobile integration, development and maintenance
• Familiarity with continuous integration (Jenkins), application monitoring (DataDog), mocking tools, build tool development and enhancements, and using unit testing and cucumber tests for functional tests

• Mentor and develop high-performing engineering teams
• Architect and implement scalable mobile solutions and Champion technical excellence and best practices
• Stay up-to-date with emerging mobile technologies
