About The Position

As a Staff Software Engineer on our AI Platform Team, you will serve as a technical leader and architect for the next generation of agentic, reliable, and scalable GenAI platforms. You will define technical vision, guide system architecture across multiple teams, and ensure we deliver secure, high-performance, and innovative solutions. You will partner closely with engineering leadership while mentoring peers and influencing Zeta’s broader AI strategy.

Requirements

• 8+ years engineering experience with a proven track record of technical leadership; proficient in C#, Java, JavaScript, Go, or Python
• Experience building and scaling distributed systems in production environments
• Deep experience with generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and cloud infrastructure
• Familiarity with GenAI platform technologies (MCP, LangGraph, OpenAI, Bedrock)
• Demonstrated ability to drive architectural decisions across teams and align technical vision with business goals

Responsibilities

• Define and own architectural direction for multi-tenant GenAI platform systems
• Lead technical initiatives that span multiple teams, ensuring alignment and scalability
• Develop secure, scalable platforms and developer tooling for experimentation, deployment, and evaluation
• Integrate generative AI frameworks, LLMs, and evaluation platforms into enterprise-grade solutions
• Mentor engineers, drive best practices, and serve as a trusted technical advisor across the organization
