Role We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join our team. This is a hybrid role based in the San Jose, CA office 3 days a week, reporting to the Sr. Director Software Engineering within the Zero Trust Branch Engineering department. As a Staff Software Engineer, you will lead the charge in developing sophisticated user interfaces that define the next generation of security services. You will be responsible for driving technical excellence and delivering seamless, scalable experiences that empower our customers within the Zero Trust ecosystem.

Requirements

Extensive professional experience in front-end (UI) development
A Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
Deep proficiency in React or Angular development utilizing TypeScript

Nice To Haves

Proven experience building and scaling UI for Enterprise-grade products
Direct experience developing UIs for Networking or Security Services products

Responsibilities

Build complex, high-quality UI features using modern frameworks such as React or Angular and associated tools
Partner with API, UX, and Product teams to translate product requirements into scalable, high-quality implementations
Take end-to-end ownership of product features and ensure quality by defining, implementing, and maintaining unit, integration, and E2E tests
Debug production issues and provide expert support to ensure system stability and performance
