We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Software Development Engineer to join our mobile engineering team at Signify Health. This is a senior-level position focused on developing innovative healthcare technology solutions that transform how care is delivered in the home. You'll have the opportunity to work in a growing, collaborative environment where your technical expertise will directly impact healthcare outcomes for millions of individuals. This is a fully remote position (anywhere in US) with hybrid options available for candidates located near Dallas, Texas.

  • Design and implement robust, scalable features using React Native and TypeScript for our clinical applications
  • Conduct thorough code reviews and maintain high coding standards across the team
  • Guide and mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering their professional growth and technical skills
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy discussions
  • Provide technical support for production issues, including troubleshooting, debugging, and implementing fixes
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for systems and processes
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience
  • Expert-level proficiency in React Native and TypeScript
  • Strong understanding of mobile application development principles and best practices
  • Working knowledge of React and Swift
  • Experience with code review processes and version control systems
  • Proven ability to mentor and guide other developers
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Experience with monorepo architecture and Nx workspace management
  • Proficiency with GitHub workflows and CI/CD pipelines
  • Knowledge of SonarQube for code quality analysis
  • Experience with Docker containerization
  • Healthcare technology or regulated industry experience
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
