As a Staff Software Developer on BECU's AI Innovation & Strategy team, you'll lead the technical development of our internal AI tool designed to empower staff to better serve our 1.5m+ members. Your work will directly enhance operational efficiency, increase staff capabilities and confidence, and elevate member experiences across multiple departments.
