About The Position
State Fund's Human Resources Department (OneAdmin) is looking for motivated, inspired, engaged, dynamic, and creative leaders who will do things differently, tackle hard problems, and innovate new solutions. In this position, you will play a key role in the Emerging Leader Program and in several other high-profile leadership development initiatives. You will have the opportunity to support leadership development initiatives and projects to support the success of leaders across the organization. This is a job for an experienced leader who is not afraid to embrace change, will never make excuses, and is up for whatever challenges may come our way.
