About The Position
Under the direction of the Chief of Mental Health (CMH), the Staff Services Analyst manages the development, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and improvement of the Mental Health Services Delivery System (MHSDS) at an institution. This includes the implementation of an effective performance management program and processes to ensure consistency with CCHCS and institution missions, community standards of care, adherence with MHSDS, as well as state and federal laws, and support for continuous learning and improvement.
