The Employer Account Management Division (EAMD) oversees and manages the day-to-day retirement operations of membership, payroll, and compensation review. We are committed to providing advanced service and help to our business partners to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant reporting. Under the direction of the Staff Services Manager I (SSMI), Membership Review Team (MRT), the Staff Services Analyst (SSA) performs consultative and analytical staff services assignments, resolves employer questions and member discrepancies and makes membership determinations, applying appropriate laws, rules, and regulations in accordance with the California Public Employees' Retirement Law (PERL), and EAMD policies and procedures.
