About The Position
This position provides hybrid telework opportunities, with employees required to work in person at their designated approved HQ location at least two (2) days per week and as needed/required. Beginning July 1, 2025, all DGS employees will be required to work in office at their assigned HQ location four (4) days per week and as needed/required in alignment with Executive Order N-22-25. The successful candidate must reside in California upon appointment. Under supervision of the Staff Services Manager I, the Staff Services Analyst in the Program Services section of the Office of Public School Construction processes and approves California Preschool, Transitional Kindergarten, and Full-Day Kindergarten Facilities Grant Program (Program) eligibility and funding applications associated with the Program utilizing the internet, internal software applications, internal computer tracking system, and governing statutes and/or regulations.
