Under the supervision of the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (Bureau) Staff Services Manager (SSM) I in the Investigations and Complaints Section, Complaint Investigation Unit, the Staff Services Analyst (SSA) provides analytical support to the statewide investigation program. The SSA performs analytical functions associated with the case intake process, responsible for investigating and acting upon the less complex complaints received by students and consumers and various functional areas of the field investigation program using the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Schools Automated Information Link (SAIL), the Bureau's Enforcement Investigation's case information system, and other enforcement databases. Requirements

  • Candidates who reside outside of the State of California may be admitted to the job interview. However, they must reside in the State of California once they are hired and start working.
