About The Position
Under the supervision of the Chief Counsel, the Staff Services Analyst (SSA) will perform work of average difficulty in a wide variety of consultative, technical, and analytical staff services assignments to support the work of the Office of the Director - Legal Unit (OD Legal). Responsibilities include analyzing procurement needs and managing procurement processes; analyzing, drafting, and tracking contracts and ensuring compliance with State contracting rules and regulations; processing invoices in Fi$Cal transactions and reports, creating and maintaining reports for program evaluation. This posting may be used to fill future vacancies in accordance with 2 CCR §249.3.
