About The Position
The California Public Employees' Retirement System (CalPERS) seeks a Staff Services Analyst (SSA) in the Customer Experience Division (CXD), on the Division Coordination, Analytics and Technology Team (DCAT). Under the supervision of a Staff Services Manager I (SSM I), the DCAT analyst is responsible for performing administrative, technical, and analytical duties. You will facilitate, coordinate, and present in meetings to all levels of staff, both internal and external. Assist and collaborate with other analysts to recommend or initiate changes that promote innovative solutions to meet customers' needs. Work independently and effectively with sensitive subject matter. Lastly, provide support in gathering information and conducting research that aligns with organization goals and objectives.
