Lead Complex Testing Projects: Manages and directs multifaceted testing initiatives, coordinating cross functional teams to achieve project objectives. Innovate Testing Solutions: Identifies and implements advanced testing tools and techniques to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the testing process. Analyze and Report Defects: Evaluates test data, identifies critical issues, and communicates findings to stakeholders to drive product improvements. Advanced Controls Systems Knowledge: Demonstrates a solid understanding of PLCs and automation. Implements robotics, vision systems, linear actuators, servos, VFDs, motion control, and motor control. Proficient in ladder logic, arrays, tags, programming, SCADA, and the deployment of complex HMIs. Possesses a thorough understanding of data acquisition hardware and associated programming. Mentor and Guide Team: Provides leadership and technical expertise to the testing team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and problem solving.
