About The Position

The Staff Security Analyst position at NVIDIA focuses on enhancing the company's security awareness and training initiatives. Requirements

• BS or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of working experience in Information Security.
• Demonstrated ability to implement security solutions and projects.
• Strong ownership, self-sufficient, and a desire to lead projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A data-driven approach to identify improvement opportunities.

Nice To Haves

• Certifications in one or more of the following areas: SSAP, CISSP, CISA, CISM, OSCP.
• Broad understanding of security frameworks and concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver innovative ways to train employees and change risky behaviors.
• Build and deliver live/recorded security training.
• Perform social engineering exercises, including phishing simulation tests.
• Build partnerships with various teams through awareness outreach.
• Maintain and expand our awareness resources including internal websites and documentation.
• Provide mentorship to help teams understand requirements and improve their security posture.
• Use creative methods to overcome learning barriers and engage employees.
