Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent required
Excellent organization, problem-solving, and communication skills
Comfort using scheduling software and basic computer systems
A reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude

Nice To Haves

High school graduate or equivalent education is preferred
Outstanding communication skills and solid interpersonal skills
Must be flexible in dealing with last minute changes
One year of experience as scheduler/administrative assistant is preferred
Experience in a Health Care setting preferred
Experience in staff scheduling, healthcare administration, or a related role preferred

Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and communicate staff schedules across departments to ensure coverage and efficiency.
Respond quickly and calmly to last-minute callouts and schedule adjustments.
Partner with departmental leaders to forecast staffing needs and plan coverage.
Keep accurate and organized records of shifts, attendance, and schedule updates.
Support adherence to staffing policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
