Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced SAP S/4HANA Treasury In-House Banking (IHB) professional to drive the design, optimization, and governance of our global treasury and intercompany finance landscape. This role requires deep hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA IHB and core FICO, enabling centralized payments, intercompany settlements, cash visibility, and bank integration at scale. The ideal candidate will partner closely with Treasury, Controllership, and Finance leadership to deliver compliant, automated, and resilient finance solutions that support global growth and operational efficiency. This is a senior, strategic role blending solution architecture, functional leadership, and execution, with a strong emphasis on standardization, automation, and future-ready finance platforms

Requirements

5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
+ years of SAP Finance experience, including hands-on configuration and solution design.
2+ years of SAP In-House Banking (IHB) experience in global or multi-entity environments.
Proven experience with S/4HANA Finance implementations, including IHB activation or migration.
Strong understanding of: Intercompany accounting and settlements Treasury operations and cash management Bank integrations and payment formats
Solid grasp of GAAP/IFRS, internal controls, and SOX compliance.
Experience designing global, scalable SAP finance solutions.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across Finance and IT.
SAP S/4HANA Finance / Treasury certifications preferred.

Nice To Haves

Experience with SAP Treasury, BCM, Advanced Payment Management, or Cash Management.
Hands-on exposure to SAP CPI/BTP, payment hubs, or API-based bank integrations.
Experience with Central Finance, Group Reporting, or global intercompany transformations.
Background in shared services or global finance operating models.
Thought leadership in process standardization, automation, and finance platform modernization.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA In-House Banking (IHB), including: In-House Cash Payment-on-Behalf-Of (POBO) Collection-on-Behalf-Of (COBO) Intercompany netting and settlements
Own and support SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO) modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO) with tight integration to IHB and Treasury processes.
Partner with Treasury, Accounting, and Controllership teams to define and execute centralized cash management and intercompany finance strategies.
Drive bank connectivity and payment integration leveraging SAP BCM, DMEE, Multi-Bank Connectivity, and SAP CPI/BTP.
Act as Finance Systems SME, translating business and treasury strategy into scalable, compliant SAP solutions.
Lead system governance, design standards, and change management across global finance and treasury platforms.
Collaborate with IT, Security, Audit, and external partners to ensure SOX-compliant, secure, and resilient solutions.
Evaluate and recommend adoption of new S/4HANA Finance and Treasury innovations, including automation and real-time cash visibility.
Mentor and guide analysts and project teams, ensuring high-quality design, documentation, and delivery.
