  • Design and implement secure, scalable, and sustainable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and configuration tools with a focus on performance and security.
  • Translate complex business requirements into well-architected technical solutions that maximize the Salesforce platform.
  • Define architecture and design for large-scale Salesforce implementations and integrations with external systems.
  • Mentor and coach other engineers to help them grow their Salesforce expertise.
  • Lead project delivery by ensuring high-quality, on-time implementations that follow coding and design best practices.
  • Leverage automation and AI-driven tools (Einstein Bots, predictive analytics, insights) to enhance workflows and customer experiences.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance while ensuring scalability and availability.
  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, Process Automation, and Lightning Web Components.
  • 7+ years of software development experience using Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Proven experience designing and leading medium-to-large Salesforce implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Communities.
  • Experience with source control and CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable releases.
  • Ability to manage the full delivery lifecycle, from discovery through post-launch support.
  • Deep expertise in developing secure Salesforce solutions that safeguard sensitive data.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence technical direction.
  • Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer II, Technical Architect, Service Cloud Consultant, etc.).
  • Designing or implementing advanced Salesforce DevOps practices.
  • Improving customer support workflows and automation at scale.
  • Experience in high-growth, fast-paced technology companies.
