About The Position
Provides professional nursing care to patients who have received any type of anesthesia for an invasive procedure. Can also function in an assistive role in the operating room for patient care and provide assistance to anesthesia providers.
Requirements
- Graduate of approved school of professional nursing.
- Current and valid NC license to practice professional nursing.
- BLS, ACLS and PALS certified.
- Incumbent will be required to demonstrate competence in the performance of duties specific to all age groups of patients.
- One year of previous experience as a RN in a critical care unit required.
- Given training and on-the-job experience incumbent should be proficient in basic aspects of the job in 3 months.
