About The Position

The position involves planning, organizing, coordinating, and providing direct nursing care for a specific group of patients at Froedtert Holy Family Memorial Hospital. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• Current unrestricted Wisconsin RN license required.
• At least one year of experience in Med/Surg nursing required.
• ACLS certification required within the first year of hire.
• Excellent customer service, critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in ER, CCU, Pediatric, and/or OB nursing preferred.
• PALS and TNCC certifications preferred.
• Ambulatory Per-Anesthesia nursing certificate preferred.
• Operating Room Nurse certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and coordinate nursing care for patients.
• Provide direct nursing care according to specific standards.
• Float between different nursing units as required.
• Maintain excellent customer service and communication with patients and families.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain certifications.
