A Brief Overview As part of our professional team of clinicians, you will ensure the compassionate, professional delivery of all dialysis-related nursing services in both outpatient and inpatient settings. As a nurse at Children's you will constantly be working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment with new challenges to trouble-shoot and overcome. Make the most of your nursing skills to provide the highest level of care to our patients and ensure their safety, comfort, and wellbeing. Responsibilities include coordination of professional nursing and individualized, family centered care to pediatric patients/families through the use of the nursing process and clinical skills in accordance with standards and hospital policies and procedures in relation to dialysis care. Varied 12 hour shifts to include weekend and holiday patterns, includes night time call schedule.
