About The Position

This position provides general nursing care to patients and families along the health illness continuum in diverse health care settings while collaborating with the health care team. He/She/They is accountable for the practice of nursing as defined by the Ohio Board of Nursing.

Requirements

• BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association
• RN - Registered Nurse - Ohio Board of Nursing
• State Driver's License
• Field of Study: Nursing

Responsibilities

• Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population and or individual (30%)
• Documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes appropriate to patient needs based on nursing diagnoses and collaborative problems (30%)
• Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions and achievement of outcomes at appropriately determined intervals; revises plan of care based on evaluative data as part of a multidisciplinary team (20%)
• Actively participates in process improvement activities to achieve targeted measures of clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance (10%)
• Focus on safety, quality and efficiency in performing job duties (10%)
