Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Licensed as a RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations
• Certified in American Heart Association’s Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS)
• Minimum of 2 years of full-time experience as a RN post-orientation or post-residency training
• Minimum one (1) year experience in ICU, CCU, or Catheterization Lab
• Thorough knowledge of cardiac arrhythmia interpretation

Nice To Haves

• BSN degree
• Two (2) years of experience as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN)
• Additional Life Support credential (ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc.) or other clinical specialty certifications in specific units
• Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units

Responsibilities

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed as a RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations.

• Certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).

• Refer to the specific clinical unit for additional education, competencies and/or certification(s) required as a condition of employment.
