About The Position

Baylor Scott & White Memorial Hospital in Temple, TX, is seeking a full time Registered Nurse to join our amazing Progressive Care Unit that focuses on Renal Transplant, Urology, Peritoneal Dialysis, Pulmonary HTN, and more. Requirements

• Graduate of RN School of Nursing
• ADN required; BSN preferred
• Active RN License
• Minimum of 6 Months of RN experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days of hire or transfer.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience and specialized skills including Peritoneal Dialysis management, Epidural, Continuous Bladder Irrigation, Nephrostomy and Urostomy care, Complex urinary catheter insertions and care, Suprapubic catheter insertion and care, and Fistula access.
• Train in ultrasound guided IV insertion, expanding clinical expertise and contributing to exceptional patient outcomes.
