Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Orthopedics for a nursing job in Grapevine, Texas. Our Medical/Surgical Orthopedics unit is a fast-paced environment that includes high acuity patients. Are you looking to increase your knowledge base? The patient population includes surgical (orthopedic, neurosurgery, colorectal, gynecological, urology, plastics, bariatrics, general surgery, trauma), medical-cellulitis, SBO, AMS, GI, hospice, and diabetes. The patient ratios are 1:5 with a total of 40 beds in the department. The unit is diverse, team-oriented, and promotes collaboration across all disciplines, with self-scheduling and a Magnet Designation with an active unit shared governance structure. This position is full-time nights, from 7pm to 7am.
