It is one of the largest NICUs in North Texas with a highly skilled team of neonatologists on our medical staff, neonatal nurse practitioners, respiratory and occupational therapists, dietitians, pharmacists, social workers, chaplains, and registered nurses working together to care for your whole family.

Requirements

• Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program.
• 2 YEARS OF LEVEL III NICU EXPERIENCE - REQUIRED.
• RN - Registered Nurse License.
• BLS - Basic Life Support certification (required within 30 days of hire).

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a fast-paced NICU environment.
• Familiarity with electronic self-scheduling.
• Participation in unit-based councils.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to NICU patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists and nurse practitioners.
• Participate in daily multidisciplinary patient care rounds.
• Support learning and mentoring within the NICU team.
• Maintain patient ratios of 1:1-3.
