Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) CVICU for a nursing job in Temple, Texas. This is a 14-bed Cardiothoracic Intensive Care Unit (CTICU) that provides care for adults with complex cardiac conditions, including multisystem organ failures. Multidisciplinary collaborative teams provide high-acuity complex care to over 4,000 critically ill adults annually. The normal patient ratio is 2:1 with a defining 1:1 criteria. The unit is a Certified Chest Pain Center, Certified Transplant Center for Hearts, Certified VAD Center (Heartmate II & III, Impella, Centrimag, Heartware), Gold Level ECMO Center, and has a Three Star Cardiac Surgery Program.
