Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) CVICU for a nursing job in Plano, Texas. As a Registered Nurse, oversee patient care using a professional practice model.   • Create, implement, and evaluate care plans.
  • Adjust plans to reach desired outcomes.
  • Build relationships, manage discomfort, and maintain professionalism in therapeutic connections with patients and families.
  • Educate patients, families, nurses, and community members.
  • Assess and document learning needs regularly.
  • Work with colleagues and community to create a care plan.
  • Delegate tasks carefully and follow up promptly.
  • Use different strategies for problem-solving with patients, families, and staff.
  • Recognize limitations and prioritize safety, effectiveness, and efficiency in patient care planning and delivery.
  • Achieve goals through teamwork and recognize contributions.
  • CVICU experience highly preferred.
  • Strong CV experience required or CVPCU experience.
  • Specialized field of study should be nursing.
  • RN license.
  • Must have BLS certification or get it within 30 days of starting in this role.
