Requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients with varied and complex needs.
• Conduct nursing assessments and assist with exams and treatments.

• Advocate for patients and families to resolve clinical and ethical concerns.
• Monitor and manage electronic health records and patient communication.
• Implement staff education and mentor other staff and students.
• Identify areas for practice improvement and contribute to quality measures.
• Prepare equipment and assist providers during patient examinations and treatments.
