POSITION SUMMARY This role facilitates the accurate collection and labeling of patient specimens for laboratory testing. Must be familiar with medical terminology, sensitivity to confidential matters and exhibit the ability to problem-solve. This role must demonstrate exceptional customer service skill that support the organizations mission, vision and values.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 6 months of blood draw experience or certification
- BLS within 90 days of DOH/Transfer
Nice To Haves
- Phlebotomy certification
- 1 year of clinic or hospital experience
- Specimen collection
