What will you be doing on a daily basis? You will be assigned positions to work on as they come in. We value sharing work and making sure that you always have plenty to do. You will source, identify, interview (in-person, phone and on skype or facetime) and qualify candidates for the roles you are working on. Next you will work with your supervisor to submit the qualified candidate while ensuring that the resumes you are presenting are well constructed and accurate. You will help your candidates prepare for their interview with a phone preparation or in-person meeting. When your candidate is selected for a position, you will help negotiate their salary and get the offer out to them. You will spend your day helping people move into the next phase of their professional career. You will directly impact your candidates in a positive manner.
