Staff Psychologist (Child & Adolescent)

We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate licensed psychologist (Counseling or Clinical) who is energized by working with neurodiverse children, youth, and their families. Alongside traditional mental health care, we deliver targeted interventions for autism, OCD, and ADHD, and tailor supports that meet the whole child, beyond a diagnosis. Requirements
- Passion for working with neurodiverse individuals and their families
- Proven competence in psychological evaluations, including skilled clinical interviewing, autism-specific assessment (including the ADOS-2 and related measures), and other standard assessment tools
- PhD in Counseling or Clinical Psychology from an accredited program
- Eligible to provide clinical services in Utah and holding a professional license in good standing with DOPL
Nice To Haves
- Training in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT)
- Training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)
- Practical experience delivering services to neurodiverse individuals
- Clinical experience with children, youth, and young adults
- Willingness to learn and work as a team
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations, which includes assessing for autism and ADHD.
- Share your findings and recommendations with parents and provide evaluation reports and treatment guidance with confidence.
- Provide general and specialty mental health counseling for children, adolescents, and young adults
- Supervise PsyD students as needed, mentoring future clinicians and strengthening our training pipeline
- Consult with interdisciplinary treatment teams to ensure coordinated, compassionate and individualized care
