Staff Psychiatrist – Adult Outpatient Care Santa Rita Jail Qualifications Ideal candidates will bring: Board certified or board eligible Psychiatric Physician (MD or DO) Experience with correctional or county jail work preferred Strong collaboration, documentation, and practice skills Commitment to providing high-quality, patient centered psychiatric care Schedule and Logistics Adult population 40 hour days per week 8- or 10-hour shifts Initial visits scheduled for 60 minutes and follow-ups scheduled for 30 minutes No call 12-15 patients per day THE BENEFITS $ 400, 000 Annually for Full-Time Jail Adult (40-hours/week) W-2 Employees Attractive 401K and Company Match Generous Annual Bonuses PTO and CME Accrual THE AREA Dublin is a suburban city of the East Bay in California, United States.
