About The Position
Zscaler is hiring a Staff Project Manager to work within our Customer Success organization. This role involves proactively engaging team members to address blockers, driving time-sensitive deliverables from requirements capture through delivery, tracking and reporting on project status, and strategizing with business partners to ensure alignment on their roadmap. The ideal candidate will have a background in implementing cross-functional projects and some AI experience. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, PMO, the Staff Project Manager will manage relationships with business partners, establish success criteria, metrics, milestones, and timelines, and ensure projects remain on target. The role also includes managing the project team, maintaining project tracking and documentation, coordinating various calls, and providing regular status updates.
