About The Position
Zscaler is hiring a Staff Project Manager to work within our Customer Success organization. This role involves proactively engaging team members to address blockers, driving time-sensitive deliverables from requirements capture through delivery, tracking and reporting on project status, and strategizing with business partners to ensure alignment on their roadmap. The ideal candidate will have a background in implementing cross-functional projects and some AI experience. This is a hybrid role, requiring three days a week in our Plano, Texas office. The Staff Project Manager will report to the Sr. Manager, PMO.
