We are seeking an experienced Staff Program Manager to lead GRAIL’s end-to-end RFP, onboarding, and customer diligence (due diligence / security / compliance) processes. This role owns the intake, coordination, and delivery of high-value customer requests. You will partner with cross-functional teams—including Commercial, Security, Privacy, Compliance, Product, Finance, and Legal—to ensure timely, high-quality responses that protect GRAIL while supporting business growth. This role drives rigorous RFP and diligence responses, smooth onboarding, and strengthened customer trust. It enables quicker deal completion by ensuring effective handling of diligence and proposal requests. The successful candidate will balance process rigor with adaptability, driving continuous improvement while fostering strong relationships across the organization. The role will be both internal- and customer-facing, with positive influence on business outcomes. You are approved to work remotely from your city and state. While your primary workplace is your home, you may be required to travel occasionally to a GRAIL office or other locations to perform your work or attend team-related events.
