About The Position

We’re searching for a Staff Product Program Manager . In this role, you will Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects. Develop and support project plans for autonomous driving projects and AI solutions within the Autonomy organization including information on technologies, systems, and information specifications. Monitor end-to-end AI systems product development and release, ensuring adherence to schedule and scope. Perform risk assessments of AI system development and release to develop response strategies. Perform cross-functional project and program management. Provide operations support for AI based products, and verification & validation support for AI system release and safety case evidence management.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related engineering field.
  • 5 years of experience with Autonomous Driving or similar autonomous technologies.
  • Requires skills and experience to involve: Working experience of production-level artificial intelligence (AI) systems.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of autonomous vehicle (AV) specific sensors and sensor fusion data used by AI models to interpret and produce validated AVbehavior.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of agile, scrum, and waterfall program management techniques.
  • Demonstrated experience with JIRA project management tool.
  • Deep knowledge of the product design process for AI products and features.
  • Proficiency in Python, Jupyter Notebook, Github, and SQL coding techniques.
  • Deep knowledge of system engineering and architecture of AI systems.
  • Proven ability to understand and generate requests / manage priorities for the verification & validation (V&V) process of developing AI models.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret AI model results and define related data needs.
  • Deep knowledge of the AI software release process and deployment to onboard hardware.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and manage the performance metrics necessary for establishing a risk-based argument for a safety case to validate the launching of the AI system into production.
  • Demonstrated ability to define and assess requirements that make up the safety case for safe AV operation on public roads.
