The Trade Desk is seeking a Product Manager to enhance its ad-tech business by driving product development and strategy. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to create user-centric products that align with business goals and user needs.   • Serve as the pivotal link between executive stakeholders, engineers, researchers, and UX designers.
  • Champion a user-centric approach by understanding and advocating for user needs and preferences.
  • Make data-driven decisions rooted in analytics and user insights.
  • Align product strategies with the company's core values and long-term objectives.
  • Navigate ambiguous situations to establish clarity through well-defined execution plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic product roadmaps that align with business goals and user needs.
  • 6+ years of Product Management experience.
  • Ability to tackle large initiatives that deliver short- or long-term revenue for the company.
  • Strategic view of the business to drive impact in advancing the platform.
  • Deep sense of ownership for the product and the business.
  • Expert problem solver with the ability to create vision and urgency in teams.
  • Proactive and highly effective communicator, coordinating effectively across teams.
  • Experience in ad-tech or related fields.
  • Familiarity with user experience design principles.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools and methodologies.
