You'll be building transformative usage-based billing functionality, including the ability to ingest billing based on billions of events per month, flexible usage-based pricing models, real-time credit drawdown systems, robust usage analytics that provide game-changing business insights, and industry-leading risk management tools that allow GenAI innovators to scale with confidence.

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, product marketing, data science, and customer-facing teams to develop product solutions.
  • Spend time in external meetings with customers and internal discussions with engineering, design, marketing, analytics, and sales counterparts.
  • Identify important problems to solve and scope the work with engineering and design.
  • Articulate the product vision and develop annual and quarterly plans.
  • Collaborate with other functions to deliver solutions to users and ensure their success.
  • 6+ years relevant product management experience.
  • Strong technical skills, including understanding software systems and building robust integrations with the Stripe API.
  • Strong customer empathy across different segments and personas, from startups to large enterprises.
  • Strong product sense to understand user needs and build delightful product experiences.
  • Strong communication skills to synthesize complex discussions and present to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience building a 0 to 1 product.
  • Ability to internalize an entire cross-functional business and lead a comprehensive product vision.
  • Experience designing and building a multi-product platform.
  • Creative product thinker who enjoys collaboration across the company.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for precise articulation of customer problems.
