Join us on our mission to shape the future of our industry. This role is critical for managing Cohesity’s NetSuite ERP platform, ensuring financial operations, compliance, and system stability. It requires deep expertise in finance processes, NetSuite configurations, and integrations, while supporting strategic projects like Coupa rollout, revenue optimization, and compliance automation.

Requirements

  • Understanding of Lead to Cash, Record to Report & Procure to Pay business processes, accounting principles, financial close processes, revenue recognition, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite (or similar) administration, configuration, and customization (SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics).
  • Experience with system integrations (e.g., APIs, middleware) and troubleshooting data flows between NetSuite and other enterprise systems.
  • Ability to diagnose issues, optimize workflows, and implement scalable solutions, self starter, willingness to learn new skills.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to lead thru multiple initiatives with Finance, Procurement, and IT teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 8-10+ years of NetSuite (or related ERP) administration, system enhancements, integrations supporting Finance teams

Nice To Haves

  • NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation Certification.
  • Exposure to SOX compliance, audit support, and process automation and AI

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administration of the NetSuite ERP platform, including configuration, user roles, permissions, workflows, and customizations.
  • Partner with Finance, Procurement, and IT teams to gather requirements, deliver solutions, and train end-users on best practices.
  • Design and implement enhancements to support evolving business needs and maintain integrations with finance, procurement, and other enterprise systems.
  • Ensure smooth execution of critical processes such as month-end and quarter-end close, revenue recognition, and compliance reporting.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for NetSuite-related issues, providing timely resolution and minimizing business disruption.
