About The Position

The Staff Product Manager for the Identity Verification Platform at Intuit is responsible for leading the vision and strategy for identity verification capabilities. This role focuses on empowering users to verify their identity across Intuit's ecosystem and beyond, ensuring secure and scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, particularly in identity systems, and will leverage data-driven insights to drive impactful business results.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly with identity systems.
• Strong understanding of identity verification concepts and NIST 800-63 security frameworks.
• Knowledge of common fraud vectors such as Synthetic Identity Fraud and Account Opening Fraud.
• Proven track record in defining and delivering impactful products.
• Experience managing a team and coaching individuals.
• Demonstrated success in a data-driven approach to deliver business results.
• Proficiency in program/project management across multiple teams.
• Ability to develop and execute a successful product roadmap.
• Experience in defining big visions and inspiring teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the vision and strategy for the Intuit Identity Verification capability.
• Provide product thought leadership in identifying critical customer requirements and business goals.
• Work with development teams to design optimal user experiences and scalable services.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to design secure and scalable solutions.
• Define success metrics and prioritize requirements based on a data-driven approach.
• Drive the roadmap and execution from MVP to significant scale.
• Partner with program management to ensure project execution and delivery.
• Engage with different Intuit business teams to align on requirements and priorities.
• Gather insights from end-users to address their pain points effectively.
• Represent the team in various presentations and events.
