About The Position

As a Product Manager, Foundations, you will be at the forefront of this mission, leading the Cloud product strategy of our foundational services including compute, storage, and networking.. You will work cross-functionally to define the product roadmap, from conception to launch, from hardware configurations to software stack, for our core infrastructure that delivers IaaS and AI managed services. Your work will ensure we can scale our infrastructure to meet the demanding needs of AI focused workloads from massive distributed training jobs to high level abstractions developers integrate directly into their AI applications. Requirements

5+ years of experience in product management for hardware, software, or platforms in the edge computing, IoT, or cloud infrastructure space.
A proven track record of successfully launching and managing B2B technical products from concept to market.
Strong technical understanding of edge computing architectures, including hardware (servers, storage, networking), software (containerization, virtualization, control plane as part of a cloud infrastructure), and connectivity.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing diverse stakeholder needs.

Nice To Haves

Experience with AI/ML infrastructure, including training, inference, and MLOps.
Prior experience in the energy sector or with sustainable technology.
Hands-on experience with hardware design and manufacturing processes.
Experience with a cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their edge/distributed cloud products, or a deep understanding of cloud-native principles.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the product vision and strategy for our core Infrastructure offerings spanning datacenter, compute, storage, and networking.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify new opportunities and validate product concepts.
Translate product strategy into a detailed roadmap, user stories, and feature requirements.
Collaborate with engineering, in-house digital infrastructure and manufacturing, business operations, and go-to-market teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation to end-of-life, for hardware and software solutions at the edge.
Track and analyze key product metrics to inform decisions and measure the success of our products.
Serve as the internal and external evangelist for Crusoe's Edge Computing products, including presenting to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
