About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Staff Product Manager AI. Founded by Brijesh Tripathi, who brings experience from Nvidia, Apple, Tesla, Intel and Zoox, FlexAI is not just building a product – we’re shaping the future of AI. Our teams are strategically distributed across Paris, Silicon Valley, and Bangalore, united by a shared mission: to deliver more compute with less complexity. As Staff Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from strategy to execution—for FlexAI’s AI infrastructure solutions. You will work across engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure our AI products meet industry needs, deliver value to customers, and stay ahead of the competition. This is a high-impact role, requiring deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to align product vision with business objectives.

Requirements

• Strong grasp of AI/ML technologies, architectures, use cases and applications.
• Good understanding of cloud computing, and distributed systems.
• UX expertise—ability to define and drive end-to-end experiences across GUI, CLI, APIs, and SDKs.
• An understanding of compute, storage, and network infrastructure for AI.
• Experience working with end-users, sales team and refining usages to deliver PRD to engineering based on TAM/SOM.
• Bachelors with relevant 8+ years plus experience in product management or related technical roles.
• 5+ years of experience launching AI/tech products from concept to market.
• 5+ years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX, sales, finance, and stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience working on AI Infrastructure, HPC, or cloud computing.
• Background in startup, high-growth environments with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Track record of successfully launching and scaling AI or cloud-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for FlexAI’s AI infrastructure.
• Develop product requirements – Epics, features, user stories – and work closely with engineering team to plan, develop and refine the product.
• Align product development with market trends, business goals, and customer needs.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer impact, feasibility, and strategic value.
• Conduct ongoing market research to identify opportunities, industry trends, and competitive gaps.
• Develop business cases to support investment in new products, features, and partnerships.
• Drive collaboration between engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure seamless execution.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for stakeholders.
• Gather insights to shape product decisions as the voice of the customer.
• Work with marketing and sales teams to define go-to-market (GTM) strategies, pricing, and packaging.
• Define product positioning and messaging to resonate with AI and enterprise customers.
• Leverage data analytics, user feedback, and performance metrics to guide product direction.
• Continuously assess product-market fit and iterate based on real-world usage.
• Define high-level architecture, wireframes, APIs, and SDKs in collaboration with engineering.
• Stay ahead of AI/ML trends, infrastructure developments, and emerging technologies.
• Represent FlexAI at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership panels.
