AI/ML Platforms and Products organization is focused on providing differentiated AI product offerings which provide tremendous value to our clients by identifying and mitigating financial fraud leveraging capabilities such as Artificial Intelligence (AI). Our clients span issuer financial institutions, acquirers, merchants, payment card program managers and fintech’s. The Staff Product Manager will build and enhance the AI/ML platform's core capabilities including feature engineering, AI training and end to end observability, with focus on accelerating these capabilities for model training and development of Visa's strategic flagship AI models. This role involves understanding the needs of data scientists and translating them into an efficient, robust platform that enables the building, testing, and deploying of features for AI models. The product manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and user experience, to deliver a world-class product that enhances our AI/ML capabilities. This role will be a key contributor to the Global strategic product plan specifically around creating a state-of-the-art AI platform by working with cross functional teams such as regional product, sales, consulting, operations, technology, risk, analytics. This position may require occasional travel to client sites and Visa locations.
