We are seeking a Staff Product Manager to join the Ads Product team within our Consumer Product organization. In this role, you will drive the strategy and development of the Ads Personalization and Measurement product to enhance ad relevance, strengthen signal collection (integrating online/offline activities, building robust identity graphs across systems), and boost user engagement, revenue, and growth. You will be at the forefront of defining, communicating, and evolving core platform features and user experiences that foster consumer engagement and loyalty. The ideal candidate has a solid technical product management background and deep expertise in Ads Products. You will need a solid understanding of data and experimentation methods to deliver impactful, industry-leading solutions. Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll work with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels, from peer level to C-suite. This role requires collaborative problem-solving with cross-functional partners and a data-driven approach to product value creation. You will report directly to a Principal Product Manager.
