About The Position

Our AI-powered medical co-pilot integrates seamlessly with existing EHRs and improves provider efficiency by surfacing the most relevant data and automating routine clinical workflows. As our most experienced designer you’ll be expected to set expectations and shape the organization as we grow. You’ll help mature our design system and processes to that of a world class design organization. You’ll also be at the forefront of the healthcare industry as it transforms using AI to improve healthcare, and you’ll have the opportunity to have a huge impact. Your focus will be on creating intuitive interfaces for complex medical data, optimizing user experiences across our web and mobile platforms, and collaborating closely with our engineering team to bring designs to life. You'll also put your product management skills to work, conducting user interviews with doctors and other healthcare practitioners to gather insights and inform our product direction. Your role will be crucial in shaping our product roadmap and ensuring that we're always aligned with user needs and market demands.

Requirements

  • You have 6+ years of experience in UX/UI design across both web and mobile, with a portfolio showcasing your ability to tackle complex design challenges
  • You’ve been the lead designer on a particular product for multiple years
  • You have a strong understanding of latest design tools and practices, and are excited to share them with our team
  • You have experience in product management, particularly in conducting user interviews and translating insights into actionable product features
  • You're comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities can shift quickly
  • You have a knack for simplifying complex information and creating intuitive user flows
  • You're a great communicator who can articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical team members

Nice To Haves

  • You have experience working in the healthcare sector or with healthcare data
  • You're passionate about accessibility and ensuring our products are usable by all
  • You're familiar with AI and machine learning concepts and how they can be applied to UX/UI design
  • You're familiar with design systems and can help evolve ours as we grow
  • You've worked on products that integrate with complex systems (like EHRs)
  • You have experience with user research methodologies beyond interviews (e.g., usability testing, surveys)
