Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience designing and shipping consumer-facing web products in agile, cross-functional environments.
  • Proven ability to drive measurable business impact using experimentation, A/B testing, and data-informed design.
  • Deep understanding of user psychology, funnel metrics, behavioral analytics, and conversion-focused design.
  • Strong UX judgment with the ability to balance creativity, usability, and efficient development implementation.
  • Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma), responsive design, and accessibility best practices.
  • High energy, strong work ethic, and experience contributing to fast-paced, iterative design processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end design for acquisition and partner experiences, from discovery to production-ready specifications.

  • Conduct user research, market analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Contribute to and evolve the design system to ensure efficiency and consistency across products.
