You’ll work closely with our Head of Product Design and cross-functional teams to elevate the quality, consistency, and intelligence of our user experiences — across both internal tools and customer-facing products. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for a systems thinker who thrives in ambiguity and leverages modern AI tools (Cursor, Replit, Windsurf) not just to move faster, but to think more creatively. You’ll own end-to-end design for key product areas, contribute to the evolution of our design system, and influence strategy through design-led thinking. We’re looking for someone who sees AI as a partner in the design process — a co-creator, not just a tool — and who’s excited to experiment, build, and push boundaries. You’ll prototype, test, and iterate fast, bringing clarity to complex problems and working across disciplines to build elegant, scalable solutions.
