This work spans from discovery and installation to management and support—and by building tools that empower third-party developers to create integrations and AI agents on HubSpot. This is a high-impact, systems-level design role where prototyping is how we think, communicate, and align across complex products. The Ecosystem is how HubSpot grows with its customers and partners. As we move toward an AI-native future, this role ensures our integrations, agents, and developer tools feel seamless, cohesive, and deeply human.
